RETURNS

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return most items for a full refund of the original price paid minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items returned must be in their original condition and packaging. Special order items are NOT eligible for returns under any circumstances.

Return shipment must be shipped within 5 business days of receipt.

Returns must include the following information:
  • Copy of invoice
  • Full name and address
  • Business name
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Reason for returning the merchandise

Returns must be sent via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking and insurance to:

Please allow 14 business days for processing all returns. Any returns not received must be investigated by customer. If return shipment sent without tracking, Queenly Global Trading is not responsible for refund.
